According to police, Silva met the boy through her younger brother, who was a high school friend of the alleged victim. Richmond Police Department investigators claim that Silva carried on an illicit relationship with the teenager between June and October of this year. She also allegedly convinced the teenager to run away from his Bay Area home and move with her to Oklahoma. A $10,000 felony arrest warrant charges Silva with unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and rape. She is pictured below in a California driver's license photo.
